Room was clean, but the bathroom had an unpleasant aroma.

we had a fantastic stay at marston's inns. the lovely lady at check-in ensured we had tables booked, which was a lifesaver in the busy restaurant. our room exceeded expectations with a comfy bed, and we parked right next to it since we were in a lodge. dinner was delicious, with well-cooked hunters chicken, and breakfast had a nice variety, including a magnificent mushroom and cheese omelette.

I really loved how easily I could walk to both the charming Bickleigh Mill, just a few steps away, and the scenic Devon Railway Centre, a short stroll away from the hotel. it made my weekend exploring Tiverton so convenient and enjoyable.

The scenic river views were breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop while dining. I absolutely loved relaxing in the spacious outdoor pub garden, enjoying both drinks and delicious meals. Plus, the staff were incredibly helpful, making every moment feel special.
